For New York Green Bank, I researched and wrote strategic plans for deploying the $1 billion fund’s capital dedicated to financing renewable energy in New York State. I assessed policy and marketing environments for Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage, Port Infrastructure, Bioenergy and Controlled Environment Agriculture. I quickly identified primary and secondary sources (including through expert interviews) and distilled a wide range of information into a manageable set of key takeaways. The reports were used internally to brief senior leadership and to identify strategic funding opportunities.
